Erin Madden
Ms. Madden graduated cum laude from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2004 with a certificate in environmental and natural resources law. From 2004 to 2006, Ms. Madden was the staff attorney for the Klamath Siskiyou Wildlands Center, a grassroots environmental advocacy organization located in Ashland, Oregon. In 2004, Ms. Madden also opened her solo practice representing clients in environmental litigation and negotiation. In 2006, she formed Cascadia Law P.C., focusing solely on public interest environmental litigation and negotiation. Ms. Madden has published law review and other articles on various environmental topics, and has spoken at law conferences throughout Oregon on such issues as Natural Resources Damage Assessment under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act, procedural hurdles to federal environmental litigation, Endangered Species Act listing, and wildlands protection. Ms. Madden also serves as a consultant to other attorneys throughout the country on complex environmental issues.
